In 2012, Rhode Island Community health centers served 134,905 residents in Rhode Island. In addition, community health centers provided 564,446 patient visits.

Every Rhode Islander has the right to affordable, comprehensive healthcare.

The Rhode Island Health Center Association works to support, sustain, and strengthen community health centers so they can provide high-quality, comprehensive health care. Rhode Island’s nine community health centers provide preventive primary medical, dental and behavioral health care services, including dental services, to over 134,900 Rhode Islanders at 29 locations across the state.
