Do you need health insurance?
Community health center patients are seen regardless of insurance coverage or ability
to pay. Fees for patients without insurance are determined from a sliding fee scale
based upon income and family size.
If you don’t have health insurance many of the health centers can assist you with
the application process. If you have a family with children under the age of 19
or are pregnant, there are RIte Care application assistants, called Family Resource
Counselors, available at the health centers and other locations throughout the state
who can assist you with your RIte Care application.
