Program Details and Registration
On Thursday, October 14th the Rhode Island Health Center Association will hold its 2010 Annual Meeting. The 2010 meeting will include a forum for candidates for the offices of Governor and Congress moderated by NBC 10 Political Reporter Bill Rappleye. The forum will provide an opportunity for candidates seeking statewide and federal office to outline their positions on health care in Rhode Island.
In addition to the candidates forum, Christie Hager, Regional Director of Region I from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, and David Cutler, Otto Eckstein Professor of Applied Economics at Harvard University, will be our featured luncheon speakers, addressing the impact and implementation of health reform in Rhode Island and the community health centers.
